 While I would like to say that my entire life revolves around this blog, sadly that's not the case. I have another love that I take care of more than this one, but it's not what you think. The Wandering People is my other blog, but it's a different blog. Blank Books is less needy and more opinionated while The Wandering People is the opposite.
The Wandering People started about a year ago, mostly out of boredom. It's a blog whose sole purpose is the pursuit of people and who they are. I go around and ask anyone I come across, friends and strangers alike, uncomfortably open-ended questions. The questions were designed to make you think about yourself, your life, and the world around you. I like to think that they leave an impact on people. I know their are a number of blogs that are pretty much just like mine, but I hope it's just a little bit different. This blog is not just about the people I live around, it's about the people that I don't know anything about. I hope to go anywhere and everywhere and ask different types of people the same questions that I ask those around me. I want to see the differences and similarities. I want to bring people together. The Wandering People is so much more than a blog, it's the beginning of a movement. |
