I know everyone was at the edge of their seats waiting to read the second half of the highlights from my first journal and here they are! In case you missed the first half, maybe you should read those first. It'll make the potential ridicule so much sweeter.
  • Drei: "Don't you ever wish you were more than what you are now?"
  • Sermon: Harvest Crusade, 24 August 2013
    • "The heart of the problem is the problem of the heart."
  • Funf: Reflecting and dwelling on the past is pointless. I don't need to sink myself into a deeper hole.
  • Sermon: Chapel on "Ephesians 4:1," 4 September 2013
    • "Encounter Jesus in such a way that requires a response.
    • "God put a huge price tag on you while the world didn't."
  • Sermon: Chapel on "Ephesians 4: The Call," 6 September 2013
    • "No matter how God calls you, there can be no separation between your call and your character."
  • Sieben: "They're easier to talk about because good people make us feel like bad people. What if that's a good thing? What if that's how we become good?"
  • Park Bench:
    • "People are so scared to work for the beauty in life."
    • "I can't wrap my mind around it." "So wrap you heart around it."
    • "Life breaks you, remember? And then it puts you back together."
    • "Love is supposed to be the ultimate force in the universe. You can't just throw it away or break it apart."
  • "I fell in love with the moon and the son, whose father everyone knew."
  • "I have found the paradox that if I love until it hurts, then there is no hurt, but only more love." - Mother Teresa
  • "He offered me the world and I said I had my own."
  • "Let me tell you a story about when my life was boring and when I had nowhere to go. In a single second, my life change forever and I want you to know that I have places to go. I have people to save. I have adventures to find."
  • Sermon: Chapel on "Humility," 23 September 2013
    • "Pride has to be broken out of you."
